Do you provide health insurance?
Yes. Reliable Tree Care provides health insurance, including dental and vision through United Health Care
Do you offer PTO and Paid Holidays?
Yes. Reliable Tree Care offers PTO based off of year of service. We also offer 5 paid holidays.
Do you offer a retirement plan?
Yes, Reliable Tree Care offers a Simple IRA retirement plan with a 3% match.
How often do employees get paid?
Employees get paid weekly through direct deposit.
Is your company insured?
Reliable Tree Care maintains all of the proper insurance and workmans comp policies that are at the top of the tree industry standards for coverage. A copy of our Certificate of Insurance will be attached to each tree service proposal for your convenience and records.
